High School Coaches can nominate up to 6 cheerleaders from your team. After completing this Nomination Form, you will be redirected to the Questionnaire where you will be asked more details about each nominee, such as their GPA, leadership skills, extracurricular activities, and how they will represent your school and hometown while traveling. Each application is reviewed carefully by our selection committee in order to be invited to camp. Please be as accurate and honest as possible. Mahalo!
